Repotting

When repotting, consider your plants needs such as water requirements, root growth and soil types. More often the reason for  repotting is to enable more room for growth and also to renew the soil as the old one may be depleted of nutrients.

If you are considering a pot with no drainage hole ensure that your plant has very minimal to no frequent watering need. If not, it may lead to moisture build up at the bottom of the soil and consequently problems like root rot. For such pots, add stones for aeration at the bottom before adding in the soil.

For Orchids, we provide a special Orchid mix besides the regular soil which helps the plant to thrive better.
